2. The buyer must provide a tracking number for the return shipment within 5 days. The return shipment must be insured for the purchase value and returned at the buyer's expense.
3. The refund will not be provided until the seller receives the returned item and confirms its condition.
4. The dress comes in a specially airtight preservation box and is freshly dry cleaned. Therefore $200 will need to be deducted from the refund if the dress is removed from the box. That covers what it will cost to redo that.

This dress has not been altered.. It is exactly the same as if you went to try it on at the store.. It can also be taken in up to 2 full sizes. Tall enough for someone 5'10" in heels. Can be perfectly adjusted for a shorter height.
