PRICE REDUCTION.......This is a custom made dress by a Greek designer, Banico, in New York City.
Strapless top has rouching from the top to the hips. The bottom flares out to the floor. Back has tiny wedding buttons on top of the zipper and the rouching dips down below the hips. A rose with long streamers is attached at the hips in back. Fabric is satin.
