Beautiful Simple Chic Silk Crepe Sleeveless Scoop Neck Sheath Wedding Dress
This dress is so elegant and sexy without being too bold.
Alterations: I purchased a size 6 top, and a size 10 bottom, as to keep the integrity of the top while having a bit extra room at the bottom to dance in. The dress was slightly hemmed in the front - I am 5'8" and was wearing 3.75" heels during fittings. There is a raw hem on the inner slip layer but the outer layer is fully hemmed.
It was taken in at the waist and on the straps (both minimally). The train was untouched, no bustle was put in.
Sizing:
- Bust 81cm
- Waist 74cm (measured on the "belt" of the dress)
- Front length 156cm (measured from the top of shoulder to floor in front)
- Back length 219cm (measured from top of the middle zipper to middle of train 185cm plus top of shoulder to top of the zipper 34cm)
The dress is lightly lined and has a hidden zipper closure. Detachable sleeves are available for purchase from AG. Unfortunately, I was never able to wear this dress, and I hope you will be able to give this dress a place to shine on your own wedding day!
Condition: There are some pin holes remaining from the alterations fitting and the seam below the zipper needs a stitch or two as it has spread a little bit. (See photos).
