Elegant Lace Cap Sleeve Keyhole Back Slim A-Line Wedding Dress
The beaded flowers on the front of the dress have discolored slightly, and there is small discoloration in the back on a small part of the lace near one of the faux buttons (shown in photo). However, the discoloration of the lace is the way the dress arrived, so more than likely a natural/dye discoloration. Still a beautiful addition to the vintage look of the dress. The style of this dress is vintage and romantic.
It fit me comfortably and I could move well in it; very important since I didn't want to be in a "stuffy" or itchy dress all night. As a good reference for comfort and movement, we did the tango for our first dance with ease as I dipped and twirled on the dance floor never feeling restricted by this dress.
I felt beautiful, sexy, and classy in the dress. The keyhole back seemed to take everyone's breath away. I can't tell you the number of compliments I got on the lace detail, the color, and the faux buttons running down the back of the dress. Really a timeless show stopper.
The dress comes equipped to be bustled; this was important to me because I really didn't want to have to worry about getting it dirty or anyone stepping on it.
Allure Bridal no longer offers this style. Since the wedding in 2013, the dress was immediately cleaned and taken to Classic Heirlooms where it was professionally folded and stored in the airtight box. In order to put this listing together, I had to open the box and seal for the first time this February 2022. Full inspection of the dress reveals that it's the same as the day it was put in.
The Allure Bridal tag is still on the inside of the dress, but unfortunately, the size tag is not. The "tag size listed" is a guess.
For extra precaution, I'm listing the garment measurements in the "sizing" area.
