Purchased in November 2022, the dress has never been worn. The color is Ivory over Blush gown with Natural Illusion.
This dress has the most beautiful flower/stem lace details that are placed in a way that are both flattering and interesting. I loved that it didn’t feel like a simple lace pattern thrown on to cover the full dress (kinda like some other wedding dresses I found in stores). The ivory over blush illusion allows this beautiful design to really pop. It also has some structure in the bodice which is great to give a perfect fit and flare curve - I’m shaped like a pencil and I loved that it made my torso look like I actually had a waist! I think the design/cut is also great for folks that may have concerns about their tummy as it’s really flattering and covering (I know I was concerned after gaining some COVID weight!). The sequins and glitter underskirt provide that extra sparkle - especially in the sun or in banquet lighting!
The manufacturer removed the 3D petals at the bottom (they were overwhelming and did not look as good as it did online in my opinion), provided bra cups, and lined the bodice. My waist measured around 38 inches, I think the dress could fit a 36-38 waist easily (the measurements provided on the listing are from the designer's size chart). It’s ready to wear aside from a hemming and bustle (if needed)!
My wedding plans changed and we ended up doing a court elopement - which is why I never wore or hemmed the dress after receiving it. I have it in my closet and it deserves a new home with someone who will enjoy it as much as I did!
Update: I found a rip in the train and am reducing the price to reflect this issue. It’s small and should be easy to fix or may even be cut during hemming depending on your height.
