Beautiful Illusion High Neck Cap Sleeve Floral Lace Fit and Flare Wedding Dress
I fell in love with my Melissa Sweet wedding dress the minute I stepped into the silky underslip and buttoned up the outer layer of delicately embroidered lace and tulle. I instantly felt glamorous, beautiful, confident, elegant, and peaceful. The dress hugged all the right places while maintaining a boutique sense of style and grace which carried throughout our wedding celebration.
My husband and I got married almost a year ago and my dress has been delicately hanging in our guestroom closet, until now. I loved that dress and how I felt when I wore it. But now it is time to pass the torch...or bouquet...to another who is ready to experience the love and beauty that the dress has to offer!

The Dress Dress by Melissa Sweet, exclusively for David's Bridal: Embroidered Illusion Cap Sleeve Wedding Dress (8MS251199). A modern sheath with a vintage feel, this cap-sleeve bridal gown features an illusion neckline with cap sleeves, cascading floral applique, and light pearl beading on the silhouette down through the edge of the Chapel-length train. Cinched at the waist with an embroidered belt, the look is finished with a gorgeous scoop in the back.
The dress includes two layers that are not attached (Silky underslip and lacey sheath overlay) and has a three-point bustle.
In my photos, you will see a separate belt that is not included with the dress. The dress was only worn once for my wedding for a total of 5 hours. It is in good condition.
Alterations include being hemmed to 5"7 height, letting out the side seams in the silky under-slip, cutting down arm holes in the lace overlay, adding a three-point bustle to the lace overlay, and adding bra cup inserts (size D). Because of the alterations, it fits like a street size 16.
