I bought this dress in June of 2021 for a wedding. This dress was purchased online at Dear Cleo, the style is named Hailey and the color is called Breeze (a light blue). It has a sheer layer over the dress. It's pretty comfy and also has pockets for lipstick, phone, or whatever you need. I got it altered at a shorter length. I'm 5"5 and wore 2 1/2inch heels. I got it dry cleaned after I wore it once. It has cups for padding so no need for a bra!
