Modern Strapless Fit and Flare Wedding Dress with Leg Slit and Detachable Straps
Crepe material. Boned and fused straight neckline bustier, with a fitted crepe skirt and asymmetrical slit. This dress is a minimalistic, timeless style with no frills. It is a tight, fitted look that is very slimming with clean lines.
I have a very straight figure and the curved direction of the seam from the leg slit up the front hip really helped enhance the illusion of curves. I felt awesome, classy, and modern and loved the addition of custom straps that can be worn off the shoulder (worn for the ceremony) or on the shoulder (cocktail hour). So, 3 looks in one dress!
Alterations: Zipper buttons were added to the back by the designer. The dress length was altered to my height (5'9") with a 3.5-inch heel. The trimmed material from the length was used for the custom added shoulder straps! A/B Cups were added and the bust/sides were taken in slightly to eliminate any gaps from skin to dress. The train length was average and manageable - not too long. A three-prong bustle was also added and was very comfortable to walk/dance with.
