Beautiful Sparkly Strapless Plunging Sweetheart Mermaid Wedding Dress
I fell in love with this enchanting mermaid gown at the Pronovias designer store in Boston. The cascading three-dimensional flowers, beading, and four layers of lace down to the train make this dress a unique piece of art! The silhouette and plunge neckline create a timeless look with a modern touch.
The dress was ordered as a size eight. The top is lined with boning and an inner strap for support and to cinch in the waist. The top was taken in an inch or so, and cups were added due to weight loss. There were a few small stitches added at the hips to help the dress lay flatter to my shape. These can be removed if needed.
The dress fit like a (comfortable) glove; my measurements are 38" hips, 27" waist, and 32" bust. The front of the dress was hemmed; I am 5' 4" tall and wore 2" heels. A three-button bustle was added.
Condition: After a professional cleaning, there are no tears or stains present, three buttons are missing, but three replacement buttons came with the dress and will be included in your purchase.
