Paris Satin Fit and Flare Wedding Gown
The dress caught my attention when I was searching for a streamlined satin dress with no embellishments, but those types of dresses just made my hips look wide. When I found this Sophia Tolli "Rexana" dress, it was love at first try on! I felt subtly flirty and that my bottom half curves were flattered! The beading looks delicate over the lace, but held up incredibly well!

The dress is labeled a size 10 and fits my dimensions of 39" hip, 28" waist, and 33" bust (with extra room to spare in the bust). I usually wear size 6 women's pants and size small tops.
Alterations: fitted to my dimension (39" hip, 29" waist, and 33" bust), but the bust was not tight and would allow for a larger bust size. I am 5'6".
- The dress was hemmed to accommodate my height in 2" heels. In order to hem, the lace had to be manually removed and then sewn back on after hemmed.
- A bustle was added, which creates a subtle bow shape when the train is bustled.
Condition: The dress was professionally dry cleaned after my wedding and is stored in a dry closet. There are honestly no signs of wear other than slight fraying of the bottom border of lace (see photos) and a damaged bustle loop.
Even though it is open-backed, I wore it for my January 2019 wedding with a shawl. This dress would fit well in any season depending on your theme! I hope this dress makes someone as happy on their wedding day as it did for mine!
