Dress is in great condition, no tears, stains, etc. Since I'm 5'10, I got extra length added to the hemline so I could wear with 3" heels. Off the shoulder lace "sleeves" are detachable (hook & eye). I believe the bustle is called a "split layer American" style but this can be altered easily.

As a note, I had to get a replacement sleeve and belt from Rue de Seine. When they send a replacement, it is a bolt of lace, not pre-cut. This would be easy for a seamstress to do but just wanted to make potential buyer aware.
