This dress is a beautiful size 4 Watters Anouk gown purchased in 2014. This version of the dress was produced without the freshwater pearl appliqué to allow for more versatility - I wore a ribbon sash around the waist for my wedding.
I was worrying that I would have to settle for a dress that didn't feel exactly right until I found this one - this dress made me feel beautiful, elegant, and classy without being overly frilly or too girly for my sensibilities. It looked great but was also quite comfortable and allowed for a lot of freedom of movement, including a first dance that combined swing dancing elements with the Carlton.
The only alterations made were to have the dress shortened (I'm 5'1" and wore converses with the dress) and to have bra cups sewn in so that the bride will not need to wear a separate bra with the dress.
I loved this dress so much and would love for it to have the opportunity to make another bride happy on her big day!
Included: If the buyer would like, the unworn Watters veil that is pircured can be included at no additional cost.
From the designer: This is a beautiful, sweetheart neckline, washed silk organza ball gown with draped bodice, natural waist, bias-cut asymmetrical overlay skirt with sweep train.
Please note: The dress has not been professionally cleaned and there is some dirt on the bottom (pictured).
