I LOVED wearing this dress at my wedding! The crepe material is so light and flattering but doesn’t make you feel claustrophobic. Alyssa Kristin is known for her crepe dresses and I truly cannot say anything but amazing things about this dress. The v-back is just the right height and the side cuts provide just the right amount of sexy. I got so many compliments on how simple and classy this dress was.
This dress is in great condition as it always remained in the designer bag other than when worn for the ceremony. It was steamed and professionally dry-cleaned afterwards. I changed into a different dress for my reception so this dress was basically only worn for 1-2 hours!
Ordered the dress in size 8 based on my measurements (see below) at the bridal store and it fit like a glove when it came in!! Never would have thought!
Only professionally altered to be hemmed for a height of 5’4 with 2” heels on and fixed up the straps so they wouldn’t fall off my shoulders. All of this can be undone by a professional. Slit added by the original designer to front right side coming up to the mid-thigh. The waist strap was also added to the bottom right (hidden underneath the train) for easy dancing and walking around (honestly preferred this look over a bustle).
Cups were added for a smoother look to the top as recommended by stylist.
