DO I NEED TO WEAR A BRA?

Ansley has built-in bra so there is no need to wear a bra.

WHAT UNDERWEAR SHOULD I WEAR?

We recommend wearing skin-coloured and seamless underwear.

HOW LONG IS THE PRODUCTION TIME OF MY DRESS?

We need a minimum of 3 months, a maximum of 6 months to hand make our dresses. Brides usually order gowns 6-18 months in advance. Custom order needs a longer time and the exact time depends on the complication of the gowns.

CAN THE DRESS BE ALTERED UPON MY REQUEST?

A slight alternation is available upon your request and an additional cost is needed in some cases.

WHAT IF I LOSE WEIGHT?

It is a common question from the brides. It is not easy to estimate the size you dropped down to. We hand make the dress according to the measurements you provided. Our dress is easily altered by a professional seamstress if you would like it to be more fitted.

DO I NEED TO PAY IMPPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?

Import duties and taxes may be applied to your country. We always recommend our brides to check with the custom department for the rough amount of duties and taxes.

CAN I HAVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF THE DRESS? Our dresses are made-to-order upon personal measurements and request and therefore it is not applicable to the refund and exchange.
