Gorgeous Kate Middleton / Grace Kelly inspired Pnina Tornai gown purchased at Kleinfeld's in New York. I cannot tell you how many people at my wedding, or strangers on instagram/TikTok commented that I looked like a queen. Months later I still have strangers reaching out and asking about my dress.
The Basque waist silhouette is very in style, and provides a trendy look on an otherwise very classic gown. The sturdiness of the corset boning greatly accentuated my waist and décolletage without feeling restrictive. The full skirt then allowed for some breathing and eating room!
The dress is overlayed with an extremely delicate, hand sewn Alencon lace. Decorative pearl buttons line the sleeves and back of the gown, hiding zippers.
The showstopper of the dress is the cathedral length train. It created a jaw-dropping effect as I walked down the aisle, and really added elegance and formality. It can be bustled up for the reception.
Worn for ~4hrs before I changed into reception dress. I did a scan of the dress and did not see any noticeable flaws. The beauty with lace is that any small flaws are camouflaged by the lace! I had a professional wedding dress cleaner clean the dress and store it in a garment bag.
