A gorgeous silk jacquard, light as feather gown that has been altered from a Size 4 to Size 2 with meticulous care by my wonderful seamstress who has more than 20 years experience dealing with delicate gowns. We made sure that areas that were taken in can be let out again if need be. For a bride-to-be who wears street sizes 0-2, this dress will be perfect for you and you will feel absolutely amazing.
The dress was worn for about 4.5 hours on a breezy late afternoon. At night, I changed into a Cheong Sam so the wedding dress is definitely still fresh and should be worn by another happy bride. Since December' 13, it has been carefully dry cleaned and preserved. The butterfly diamantes at the back have been taken out because of cleaning but they can be sewn back easily. And the best part, discrete hooks have been added to the back for a bustle that won't distort that beautiful trumpet shape. It's a little more work than having just 1 hook but it's worth it!
I'm 1.66 m tall, about 5ft5 without heels. I wore 3 inch heels on my wedding day and the dress fell perfectly at my feet. I guess I still miss the feeling of wearing it. The dress length should suit most heights. If you find it too long, shortening it should be easy.
