- SIZE AND FIT: The dress is a size 40 with size A cups. For reference, the dress I tried on at the trunk show was a size 38, and just fit me slightly too snug at the hips, so that it would have been uncomfortable to sit down. The size 40 is a little loose on my waist and breasts, but I did not have it altered yet. I am small-chested and would have added cups, so this dress will easily fit someone with a better bosom than me.
- This dress is NEW and has never been worn. I cancelled my engagement. This dress was my favorite part of my almost-wedding.
- The dress takes 5 months to make. Since I bought the dress at a trunk show, it is one of the newest Berta dresses actually available. I love this site and searched endlessly trying to find this dress on here, but it was too new, and it was THE ONE. I wish preowned had been an option for me - to save both time and money. This is your opportunity to buy a perfect new gown in your size and skip the waiting period.
- Price: The cost of dress before tax is $9790. Tax is more than $750 for a non-trunk show gown. I received $970 discount for buying at a trunk show. My total true cost was $9560. Please see attached receipt (paid in two payments, see full receipt for details).
