This might just be the most beautiful wedding dress ever.
The ivory Carolina Hererra gown is movie star elegant, but without drawing from your natural beauty. It exudes timeless elegance. It is light weight enough for a destination wedding (I hand carried it to Mexico!), but would work just as well in a ballroom.
The dress if very structured, and it hugs in all the right places, creating a feminine and soft silhouette. The couture gown is actually two pieces, a flared trumpet gown and a detachable train. The train attaches underneath an adorable bow in the back. I wore the train for our first look, ceremony, and cocktail hour and removed the train before our first dance at our reception. I even put my hair up too and loved having a second look! Because the train detaches, you need not bustle it.
The dress has been altered except for the hem. I am 5’7, but wore 6 inch heels on my wedding day, so there is plenty of room to alter the length. After our wedding, the dress was immediately shipped to J. Scheer & Co. in NYC, which specializes in the cleaning and preservation of couture gowns.
I would be honored for another bride to feel as beautiful on their wedding day as I did in this stunning Carolina Hererra gown.
