Aire Barcelona wedding gowns are best known for their romantic designs and high-quality fabric, particularly their lacework. This beautiful dress is the epitome of the style and is both classic and fun.
This dress is ball gown style with a tulle-style skirt that keeps it lightweight. The satin belt at the natural waist creates an extremely flattering hourglass silhouette that photographs beautifully. The lace top has intricate beadwork that adds luxurious glamour. The lace bodice is over a nude-toned lining which keeps the top modern instead of stuffy. The back is open and v-shaped with satin buttons which looks incredible as you walk down the aisle.
I’ve never felt more beautiful than when I wore this dress. The moment I put it on is when I truly felt like a bride. This dress was so worth the investment to me because I now have these gorgeous pictures that will forever capture this day and this dress. I am now so happy to have a new bride get to experience the joy that this dress will bring.
The dress was worn once in November 2019, professionally cleaned within 60 days, and has been stored in the professional box since that date.
It has been altered from the original style to be more updated, modern style: including removing the original long sleeves and changing the style to sleeveless. Additionally, one layer of skirt has been removed, keeping the princess shape but in a more streamline and less overwhelming “poof”. Finally, the length of the skirt was shortened and the waist was brought in to fit snuggly for a person who is 5’2”, 100 lb, and a 24 in the waist.
There are a few flaws that are not noticeable without extremely close inspection. These “flaws” were part of the alteration process and already were present in the above pictures, they are definitely not noticeable even in close-ups. This includes that where the sleeves were removed, lace edging was added to finish, but the lace is a slightly different pattern than the overall lace. Also, the neckline needed to be slightly lowered, so some lace was removed and resown at the neckline.
There is one more noticeable flaw. There is a slight yellowing, about palm-sized, around the lace and buttons on the back of the dress. Please see the image. This is not notable from a distance but is noticeable close-up.
