Beautiful Flowy Tiered Ball Gown Plus Size Wedding Dress
Features a Sparkly Figure-Flattering Sleeveless Beaded Bodice and Flounced Skirt that Shows Off All Your Curves
This dress took my breath away each time I saw it and I fell more in love with it each time I put it on! There is no other dress in the world that compared, in my opinion, and I am OBSESSED with her! I love her too much to wrap her in a box and only look at her when I move from house to house. I want her to bless someone else to feel as extraordinary as I did!
The dress has gorgeous beading and is fitted higher on the waist. The rest of the dress flows and bounces with ease. Pictured, the dress is currently bustled, with 15 already altered, and includes bustle buttons and loops. Alterations also include an already sewn-in/built-in double-cup bra.
I will be including the petticoat/slip to go underneath, as well as the carrying garment bag & "Bride" hanger (to use when your photographer shoots the detailed photos).
As for the condition, she is nearly flawless still! I did not have it professionally cleaned after the wedding, so there is some slight dust on the very bottom of the longest hem, from dancing & taking some outdoor photos. There are no found tears, blemishes, stains, etc. The top bodice has a few sporadic loose threads, from where alterations had to secure some beading. There do appear to be a few loose beads, but nothing that's obvious or major.
Alterations: The dress fit a little larger at the factory size 22W, so it was taken in at alterations, only on the top waistband, and hemming the bottom. I did not wear heels, I wore flat (think, bedazzled Vans), so there weren't a lot of inches taken from the hem.
This dress is large and can get hot underneath (considering I had my wedding in August and I run 10 degrees too hot all the time) but it is GORGEOUS on. And the "girls" look AMAZING in the dress and stay secure the entire time.
If I could wear this dress everywhere, for the rest of my life, I would. But people would stare, and I didn't want to make the rest of the world jealous. Selling her is actually a charitable venture. :)
For inquiring minds, the official description, per DB is as follows: "Hand-beaded with almost 4,500 opal beads and crystal stones, this spaghetti strap dress lends opulence and drama to a classic ballgown silhouette. The layered skirt is finished with horsehair trim, giving the appearance of crisp ruffles."
