Beautiful Mikado and Tulle Sleeveless V-Neck Ball Gown Wedding Dress
I absolutely loved this dress. It was simple, elegant...and comfortable! After trying several dresses, this was by far the most comfortable. The straps are wide enough so they don't cut into the skin, and the material (polyester with tulle) didn't scratch the skin and was a good weight.
Beyond the comfort, the dual v-neck and v-back made it the perfect "classy" dress--not too revealing, not too modest. There are also mesh-covered v cutouts below the arms, which added both a stylistic and pragmatic element (cute, plus they helped me stay cool throughout the ceremony and reception.) As someone who prefers simple styles, the dress was covered with lace flowers that added subtle design and texture without being too noticeable. And even though the dress was listed as a "ballgown" when I purchased it, I liked that it had a slimmer fit. The bodice was fitted well, then at the waist, it fell down in an A-line.
Again, I cannot recommend this dress enough! I loved wearing it, and hope you will, too.
Alterations: I went to a tailor and had two clear buttons added to the back of the dress for an optional bustle (for dancing). You can't see them at all when they aren't in use, and when they are in use they bring the back/tail of the dress up to full floor length.
The dress has also been dry cleaned so it is ready to use.
