Elegant, Classic, Timeless V-Neck Off-the-Shoulder A-Line Wedding Dress
I purchased this Le Spose di Gio Classica gown on this website because I wanted to wear this designer but was unable to afford the many thousands of dollars for a new one. I’m so glad I did, as the photos will show how perfectly fitting, elegant, and timelessly classic it is!
Despite its flattering beautiful structure, it is an amazingly comfortable dress—the designer quality is top-of-the-line and so deluxe! Loads and loads of light chiffon, overlaying a wonderful silk underskirt. Made in Milan, Italy with Italian fabrics, including charmeuse with ruched silk chiffon and organza overlays. Tiny, covered buttons and train accentuate the back of the gown. The elegant draping, off-the-shoulder design and neckline are figure-flattering. Boning throughout the bodice provides structure and support while the rest of the dress is extremely lightweight and comfortable. Nevertheless, full disclosure— this dress has been worn in two weddings. Wanted someone else to have the opportunity to once again wear such a gorgeous gown for a fraction of the price of a new one.
Professionally cleaned last time and after this time, too, and I’m including a gorgeous veil (not Le Spose di Gio) that matches perfectly, including spare buttons, a crochet hook for buttons, and a faux fur shawl.
I’m between a size 8 and 10, 5’6” feet tall without heels, and it fits perfectly. It is long enough that it would fit a person a couple of inches taller, or someone my height wearing heels. It can be bustled, too, after the wedding ceremony by fastening the chiffon layers in the back to the buttons.
My measurements are 37x34x39.
Condition: There are tiny spots at the very bottom that did not come out with this recent cleaning but they are unnoticeable. See last photo.
