Beautiful Ethereal Lace A-Line Wedding Dress with Illusion Lace 3/4 Sleeves
I fell in love with the dress because of the beautiful sleeves, delicate lacework, and gorgeous train. I also loved the buttons that run up the back of the dress, which stand out on the see-through back of the dress. This dress was incredibly comfortable and lightweight, even when the long train was bustled. The V-neck is flattering while still being modest enough for a church setting, and the A-line shape is a classic that made me feel like a bride.
This dress was purchased at Kleinfeld, where I got my say yes to the dress moment! This is the exact dress: https://www.maggiesottero.com/maggie-sottero/quintyn/18310 (specifically the Ivory over Soft Nude). This dress was worn only to my one-hour ceremony, so does not have any wear and tear from dinner or dancing. It was sent to the Wedding Gown Preservation Co, so all dirt has been removed from the train.
The only non-standard alteration from the original design was to close up the slit in the skirt. I'm guessing if you love the slit you could reopen it during alterations. Other than that, the sleeves and dress length were tailored to my height (5'6") during standard alterations done by Kleinfeld. The dress also already has installed buttons to bustle the dress during a reception (though of course this can be removed or reworked).
