Strapless Ruched Mermaid Tulle Wedding Dress - Whisper Pink. This color was an online exclusive! Style WG3791 Sweetheart neckline with soft feeling tulle skirt, this strapless mermaid wedding dress is as lovely as can be. Ruching from the bodice through the hips and a lace-up back create a figure-flattering effect. Polyester/Sweep train/ Lace-up back; fully lined. Never worn, brand new -only tried on after online purchase in store. **Belt not included**
