Brand new and never worn! Just ended up finding something else and never even had it altered- picked up from boutique on 2/19/21, ordered 9/13/20. Very light weight and easy to move around in- great for dancing! Moves beautifully when walking and the detail (including the sparkley tulle underneath) really catches the eye. Would like to sell for what I paid since it's literally brand new and in pristine condition! Will be delivered with dust bag I received it in.
