Timeless Vintage Simple A-Line Wedding Dress with Elegant Tank Strap Bateau Neckline
This dress made me feel like a princess when I put it on. I went dress shopping with a not-so-supportive aunt, who told me that people of my size (size 6), should wear v-necks to be more flattering. The minute I stepped into the dress, I knew that she was dead wrong, and I felt like I could do anything in the whole world. The weight of the fabric and the classic lines made it the perfect dress for me.
I had tried on another dress with a Pearl beaded waistband that I loved, so they sewed a custom waistband for this dress, which made it feel even more special.
The dress has smooth inverted box pleats in the front, and long train that bustles up, and 3 crinolines underneath. Enough to support the dress, but not too floofy. The quality of the fabric, the construction, the classic lines, and the delicate beading made it elegant and wonderful to wear.
Condition: Professionally cleaned. There is a missing button on the back and two small blemishes (smaller than a grain of rice and light brown) one stain is on the left shoulder near the outer seam, and the other on the back near the back waistline. I do not know what the stains are, but they are very small and unlikely to be seen unless examined very closely.There is also a stain on the underside of the train, but it cannot be seen from above or the side, only if you lift up the hem and flip it over.
