BEAUTIFUL sample Justin Alexander gown! I purchased this a few months ago (probably before I should have) and we ended up changing venues; even though I LOVE this dress, it doesn't really go with our new location.
I purchased this as a brand-new sample; it has never been altered, worn out of the salon (aside from my bedroom, when I tried it on again), etc. I tried it on twice; I can't speak to how many times it was tried on before that, but it's in great shape.
The material is smooth and satiny with a barely-detectable rose embossed design. The beadwork is amazing, featuring pearls, crystals, beads, and emroidery on illusion-style straps that hook together in the back, bringing together those great strands of silver beads. The bodice is boned and has a built-in bra, bra strap, and light padding; it's very comfortable and holds you in nicely without being too tight. You could easily skip top-half undergarments in this if you so wished!
I'm 5'8" and was planning on having the dress taken up slighty as I don't plan on wearing heels. My measurements are as follows: Chest: 34" Waist: 27" Hips: 35" I was intending on having the dress taken in slighty as it was a little loose in some areas. As mentioned, though, this dress has not been altered in any way.
