Ashley & Justin 10461

Ashley & Justin 10461 is the wedding dress I tried on in my very first visit to a bridal shop, and it was truly love at first sight. I tried in vain to find another dress to surpass or even match it, but after many months and many many stores in multiple cities, I could never find one that came even close. I received SO MANY compliments on this dress—other brides and their families actually stopped to look and encouraged me to buy this dress at the first bridal shop I tried this on at!

I like to describe it as a "modern royal princess" style. The underlying color is a subtle NUDE or BLUSH depending on the lighting and/or photo editing. I think this is a great dress if you're looking for a classic wedding dress but with a twist, because it's not your classic ivory white. FYI, this is a TRUE A-LINE, NOT a poofy ball gown!

My true height is 5' 2.5", I wore 100mm (3.9") Jimmy Choo heels, so my height with heels was about 5' 6"

Damage: In the process of dry-cleaning post-wedding, some beading was lost ONLY along the V-neckline. No damage and no beading was lost to any other part of the bodice, including the waistline. Message me, and I am happy to send you detailed macro shots of the damage before finalizing the purchase. FYI, I have ALREADY adjusted the listing price for this damage (I was originally going to list for $1200), but I am willing to negotiate if you message me and see all pictures first and especially if you get a quote/estimate from your wedding tailor.

I spent some good money on a very experienced wedding couture tailor for my alterations. Most of my alterations were on the bodice (I am looking at my detailed receipt to remind me of what exactly was done): shoulder straps were taken up, sides on both sides taken in, boning/wiring moved from where it awkwardly sat over my cups to underneath my cups at the ribcage to give me more lift and accentuate my figure, and 2 cups added in on both sides along with sticky strips underneath the edge of the V-neckline for security. If you have a fuller/smaller bust - no worries, I was told by my tailor that removing/adding cups is one of the easiest alterations to do for a wedding dress. Finally for my skirt, the only alteration that was done was raising the hem maybe 1 inch at the front so I don't trip walking down the aisle (it was raised from the waist, not cut at the hem so as to not lose the lace pattern).
