From the Vera Wang Luxe Collection, this beautiful and classic Vera Wang "Liesel” Dress was the wedding dress of my dreams! It is a light ivory color and has beautiful filigree embroidery details with a dramatic train.It is so high-end, but still youthful and fun. Liesel is made of silk organza with a 3d embroidered bodice and floating flange skirt with raw/uneven hem. The photos speak for themselves, but I have a lot more with close-ups of details & different angles if you'd like to see.
If you've ever seen the Liesel on the Vera Wang site, it has a semi-hidden lace part at the front hem. I had it made without that lace.
The gown was ordered in a size 10 but I wear a size 4-6 in clothing. It was custom made and then fit to me at Vera Wang Bridal studios using their seamstresses. When you buy direct at the Vera Wang Bridal Salon like I did, every gown is custom made for you and the alterations are done through their fit specialiasts. So it already came with bustling loops and it has an adjustable belt inside the waist. It's very structured inside. For a strapless gown it felt extremely secure and didn't slip down.
Condition:
This gown was worn once at an indoor wedding in NYC for about 8 hours. There were no spills or accidents, thank goodness. It's in wonderful, near pristine condition. Even though it was spared any stains, it can be shipped professionally cleaned if you'd like.
Regarding the bustle, I have videos I recorded in the Vera Wang Bridal Salon showing how the process is done. It's a 2-part bustle because the train is so long and the skirt is about 15 layers of tulle and netting, so I'd recommend watching them! I'll send them to you after purchase.
