DECEMBER 2019 WEDDING I fell in love with this dress because of the buttons on the back and the TRAIN! This dress is a modest, mermaid style dress with a sweetheart neckline and is short sleeved. It fit me like a glove and really accentuated my figure. There are 3 places the train can hook to shorten it for dancing/walking.
It is a size 4, but I am 5'2" and so the shoulders were taken in to make the torso shorter. The bra I wore in the dress was roughly a B32-34. I wore 3.5 inch heels that day and the dress was altered to touch the ground in the heels. I normally wear size 4 dresses but since this dress is tighter, I would say it is between a size 2 and 4 rather than a true size 4.
It has been professionally cleaned and as far as I can tell has no real flaws, tears, or discoloring. It's truly a lovely piece!
Some minor things to note are:
Part of the eye hook missing at top of the zipper, there is some pilling of the lace around the waist from where my belt sat, and two decorative back buttons missing the top fabric part on the button–the actual button is not missing.
